Come Worship With Us
Come worship with us by selecting a Sunday morning service that fits with your schedule or the rest of your Sunday plan. All Sunday morning services feature the same message and program, but the Sunday evening service is unique, so we would encourage you to return and join us again in the evening!
Our Adult Connection Groups and Children & Teen Sunday School meet in between the first and second service.
On Wednesdays, we have Bible studies at different times for all age groups.

FAQs
Visiting a church for the first time can be very intimidating, so we want to make your first visit at Greenroad Baptist a pleasant experience for you. To help you better prepare for your visit, here are some answers to a few frequently asked questions.
What Should I Expect?
A visit to Green Road is like coming home to family! You will be welcomed, encouraged, strengthened, and empowered by biblical teaching, God-honoring worship, and genuine fellowship. We look forward to seeing you soon!
What Time Should I Arrive?
Arrive at least 10 minutes before service time, especially if you have children. If you’re a first-time guest, we recommend going straight to our Welcome Hosts. They can also assist you with checking in your children and getting them to the right room where they’ll spend the worship service in a safe and secure environment enjoying great activities and teaching.
What are Services Like?
Our approach is simple. We sing to the Lord, we give to the Lord, and we hear from the Lord through preaching. We sing with a mixture of timeless hymns, refreshing choruses, and newly-written songs. We give our hearts in prayer, offerings, and praise. The main part of our service is engaging in a relevant, Biblical message from our Senior Pastor or another member of our preaching staff.
What Should I Wear?
From jeans and t-shirts to suits and ties, there is a wide range of backgrounds at Green Road, so you find a wide range of attire. The Pastors will be in suits, but the average church member comes in business casual. Come as you are, and you will be welcomed. It is the Lord who said, “Man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.”
What Will My Children Do?
Nursery is provided for all services and classes, both on Sundays and on Wednesdays. For children ages 4 through 6th grade, Jr Church is available for the second morning service. (We hope to add it to the first service soon.) We have children’s Sunday School during the Connection Groups and Kid’s Club during Wednesday Night Bible Studies.

Who is Pastor Chris Chavez?
Pastor Chris’ primary passion is to help people know Jesus by knowing His Word. His teaching and preaching centers on unfolding what Scripture itself declares about God, salvation, and transformation in Jesus.
His wife, Sara, has been his best friend since 2005. They have two children, Alayna and Isaac. He has led our church since 2017, and prior to that, traveled in Evangelism for 10 years speaking across the country. He also serves as the President of Hoosier Hills Baptist Camp.
